The service of airport assistance is organized with expert professionals, in order to guarantee a constant and punctual presence, also in emergency. Our tourist assistants are multilingual (English, French, German, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, etc.) and with regulated licenses, with perfect knowledge of check-in procedures in airport and hotel.

The airport assistance in departure consists in the ticket office delivery, voucher and gadgets and in check-in, through preacceptance and allocation of plane seats, following the indications of the operator. It’s guaranteed attendance in case of cancellation of flights, delays and reprotection in hotel.

In particular, the service of transfer in arrival comprises the acceptance in port or airport, with assistance in case of loss baggages, the organization of portering, the transfer in coach or private car with driver and the forwarding of the operations of check-in in hotel. Service of transfer at departure includes hotel check-out operations, baggage loading and subsequentely harbour or airport check-in and, eventually, tax-refund near customs.
