Stefano Sghinolfi was born in Bologna in 1966. After obtaining the graduation of advanced school, he decides to enter the world of the tourism. In 2000 he obtains licence of tour leader and the permission to access the restricted zones of the airport “Leonardo da Vinci” of Fiumicino. In 2006 he obtains the tour guide qualification.

In April 2007, he establishes with Gabriele Marcon the society of tourist services Rome and Italy Srl.
 
Beyond the guide activity, he performs the following, also in English:

• Event General Manager in Italy and Europe
• Tour leader for special groups and incentive travels
• Transports coordinator in events and convention for major customers (also for 5000 persons)
• Airport coordinator for arrivals and departures groups convention, incentive and cruise groups
• Coordinator in harbour zone for arrivals and departures of cruise groups at the Civitavecchia harbour
